By Order of Gov. Andrew Cuomo , our office is now CLOSED to the public. Your attorneys are still here for you and working from home to the extent possible.
All NYS Courts are CLOSED for any non emergency issues. Statues of Limitations have been extended.
We respect our clients and care deeply about your concerns during this crisis. We are doing everything we can to be informed, responsive, and sensitive to the issues you are facing right now. Together, we will get through this difficult time and emerge stronger and wiser than we were before.
Whether you live in New York or Florida (or both!), we have you covered. We have prepared hundreds of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and Power of Attorney forms for our clients. We have the experience to guide you and help you to make the best decisions you can make for your loved ones.
Starting a business and need to set up an LLC? We can help with that. Have questions about which type of business entity is right for you? We can help with that. We have encountered numerous issues through the years helping our small business clients through growth, law suits, tax issues, and succession planning. Let our experience combine with dedication, compassion, and precision for your small business legal needs.
We help clients sort out complex financial and family matters. Second marriage with children from a first marriage?
